By entering this competition, an entrant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. This competition is administered by Beasy Business Ltd (Beasy), company no. 14433513. Registered address: Office, 31 Cattle Market Street, Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom, NR1 3DY. Beasy is the Promoter of this Competition.

2. The submission must be made directly from the business founder or business employees.

3. To be eligible:

• Business will have been in operation for 5 years and under at the time of entry.
• Participant must be over 18 years old.
• Business must be based in in the UK.
• have less than 10 full-time employees.

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

‍
5. Only one entry will be accepted per business. Multiple entries from the same company will be disqualified.

6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Closing date for entry will be 31st December 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2. Application form will consist of key business details and entry questions.
3. Entries will be assessed by the Beasy judging team.
4. Winners will be announced by 31st January 2024.

7. The prize is a one-off branding project for one winner. The price is not negotiable or transferable.

8. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. Beasy has final decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winner agrees to the use of their name, business name, town, and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry in perpetuity. You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in your competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-form and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying material.

12. All entries and any accompanying material submitted to us will become our property on receipt and will not be returned.

13. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

1. assign to us all your intellectual property rights with full title and guarantee; waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your competition entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

14. Beasy reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

15. Beasy is not responsible for inaccurate information about the competition given to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

16. Beasy reserved the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
